Building Improvements

A historic hotel in Eugene, Valley River Inn has been providing guests with an unforgettable experience since 1973. Situated along the Willamette River, guests can relax in luxurious rooms with views of the water and take a stroll on the riverfront walking path.

We partnered with Valley River Inn to make voluntary improvements to the structural columns of the multi-floor building. Interior wood members were replaced with custom fabricated steel posts and bracing. The entire scope of work was completed within the kitchen area and was accomplished while the kitchen remained operational over a three-month period.
