Ridgeline Montessori Public Charter School
Our scope of work at Ridgeline Montessori included two existing campus buildings entailing new HVAC systems, classroom renovations, electrical services, new roofing and complete window replacements.
Much of this work was required by new guidelines for schools regarding air ventilation and included a long wish list of projects the school had been wanting to complete. Our team was able to successfully partner with the Ridgeline Montessori board to complete all these projects with funding from multiple governmental grants.
With a fast-track approach and multiple shift schedules, our team of McKenzie Commercial leaders, carpenters, and subcontractors were able to complete the work under budget and during the summer months in order for students to return in the fall.
