In 2014, NWCU relocated their headquarters to their new 69,500 square-foot mixed-use facility near the riverfront in Eugene. In efforts to increase customized options to their members, NWCU launched their first Premier Service Center in the Financial Suite located on the main floor. With the aesthetic of a private office, and enhanced digital capability, NWCU is able to focus on creating ongoing high value financial services to their members.
