McKenzie Commercial has a long-standing relationship with Guard Publishing Company and typically has multiple projects under construction with them at any given time. All projects are done under the CMGC format with all MEP being design build. The individual improvements range anywhere from $1,000 – $2 million.
We have developed a great working relationship with both TBG Architects + Planners, as well as Rowell Brokaw Architects, allowing us to take a project from initial design concept to construction in a record amount of time. Established working relationships between clients and architects benefits the client in multiple ways. It takes out the guesswork of dealing with a new general contractor. All parties know what to expect with established levels of quality of work. Jobs can get done sooner and changes can be minimized, saving money for the client.
Some of the more recent spaces have been remodeled for SentinelOne, PBS Engineering and Willamette Valley Cancer.
