Oregon Pacific Bank

Oregon Pacific Bank – Eugene

Renovation

After the very successful remodel of Oregon Pacific Bank’s former location at the Citizens Building, McKenzie Commercial was hired to renovate their new branch located on the corner of 11th & Oak in Eugene.

The project team focused on constructing an efficient and cost-effective facility that will provide a long-term, low-maintenance building without sacrificing quality.

Clients are welcomed with an inviting, open floor plan consisting of clean lines, soft neutral colors with bright accents, and lighting to balance a contemporary style with approachability. Custom wood paneling behind the teller row doubles as a stylish backdrop and privacy screen. The conference room and offices feature sliding glass doors with transparency, allowing natural lighting to penetrate into the main areas of the branch.

OREGON PACIFIC BANK

“Oregon Pacific Bank completed a major interior remodel of our new downtown Eugene Branch. The space was just over 10,000 square feet. This was our second experience with McKenzie Commercial. They worked tirelessly with our architect to create a plan that exceeded our expectations and could be built with budget and on time. They conducted regular site visits with us to discuss the progress and address any unforeseen matters that came up. The site foreman was the consummate professional with our staff and managed the subcontractors extremely well. All communication with them was excellent! We will absolutely use McKenzie Commercial for our future projects. I strongly recommend them to anyone evaluating commercial contractors.”
