This $2.2 million project involved a complete interior and exterior remodel of an old, abandoned building in downtown Eugene. Now totaling 18,500 square feet, the renovated building required a use conversion to house new offices, a video production studio and warehouse facility. The project required meticulous craftsmanship in the execution of interior and exterior details. The job’s location and timing happened during a construction revival in downtown Eugene and garnered high profile media coverage.
