Lincoln Middle School
Seismic Retrofit
McKenzie Commercial, once again, is partnering up with ZCS Engineering to complete the seismic rehabilitation for Lincoln Middle School located in Oakland during summer 2023. The school will receive seismic upgrades throughout the gym, classrooms and mechanical facilities.
During the pre-construction phase, we will be working with the design team, focusing our efforts on the constructability of the project. A large emphasis is placed on up-front contributions realized through accurate budgeting and precise scheduling of the work to be done. Early in the process we will initiate the mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors to solicit value-engineering cost saving options.
McKenzie Commercial has a history of successfully completing projects of similar size and scope in rural areas.
