Remodel
McKenzie Commercial has maintained a relationship with SELCO Community Credit Union for over 20 years, successfully completing more than 100 projects consisting of high-end new construction, remodels and renovations.
The move of this branch just down the street allows SELCO to increase the services provided to their members by offering new amenities including a drive-up ATM, additional drive-up teller lanes, onsite insurance services, mortgage officers, self-service safe deposit boxes and an expanded lobby. The interior space received new offices and member ADA restroom. The existing exposed truss vaulted ceiling was accented with new concealed lighting. Combined with new LED lighting, updated finishes reflect the vivid SELCO branding colors and graphics, sending a warm welcome to those who enter.
At the exterior, the dated stonework that ran along the entry area and into the building lobby was removed. The decaying entry columns were replaced and striking new stonework was added to the column pilasters. The entire exterior received new paint and the aging landscaping was updated to increase visibility and freshen the setting of the building.
