Multiple Tenant Infills
McKenzie Commercial has remodeled multiple floors of the 10th & Mill building in Eugene.
We recently renovated the entire 4th floor for Options Counseling. In order to achieve this, the existing tenant on the 4th floor, Alacrity, agreed to be moved to a new renovated space on the 3rd floor. Phasing the work allowed both tenants to continue to operate in the building and move into their final spaces when the work was complete. Concurrently, we completed a remodel for another tenant, Loyal Source, on the 3rd floor in a 45-day timeline to meet a contractual obligation.
