SELCO Community Credit Union – Portland Forest Park Branch
New Ground Up Building
This 5,500-square-foot, interior/exterior renovation began in February 2013 and was completed in October 2013. It took place in an occupied facility and happened in four stages, so that the bank could continue its operations. The 1970s building was transformed into a new flagship branch with modern offices, teller stations and an updated lobby. An elevator was added, as well as new floors, ceiling, bathrooms and roof.
