This tenant improvement involved remodeling the reception area, office space, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as creating new office space, repainting the exterior of the building and adding new signage. This project required precise planning to be completed in phases in order to allow the business to remain operational. In addition, our team's ability to communicate effectively with the client aided in the smooth planning and completion of this project three weeks ahead of schedule.
