This tenant improvement was completed in phases to allow for the business to remain operational, with special care taken to not disturb the tenants below. The first phase of this tenant improvement involved renovating a formerly leased space to create additional office spaces. The second phase involved remodeling existing space, which included a new boardroom that features a custom glass wall, ornate wood panel ceiling and top of the line sound and video system. We also renovated the restroom to bring it up to ADA standards.
