SELCO Community Credit Union

This remodel consisted of updating the branch to continue to better serve the needs of the customers. To minimize any inconvenience for employees or customers, we completed this project in phases so that SELCO Community Credit Union could remain operational. The work consisted of reconfiguring the floor plan to accommodate more work space and moving the branch manager's office closer to the entrance. Upgrades were made to the teller row, as well as new flooring, paint & casework throughout.

As a design build project, it was necessary to communicate effectively as a team. As we worked closely with the owner and designer, this approach aided in the smooth planning that allowed for the project to be successfully executed on time & under budget.
