1075 Oak Street, Eugene, OR
We completed a full renovation of this credit union’s downtown Eugene branch, while allowing the business to remain operational. We demolished and rebuilt most of the 5,500-square-foot, ground level space. To minimize any inconvenience for employees and customers, we divided the job into two phases, so only parts of the branch were under construction at any time. We constructed new offices and a boardroom during the first phase. The second phase consisted of a complete branch renovation, in which we created a temporary teller row in the newly remodeled boardroom to allow the credit union to continue serving its clients. We also used a thorough system of dust barriers and filters, taking into consideration the health of employees and patrons. This job took approximately four months, wrapping up by January 31, 2013.
